Responsible for the transformation of a traditional bulky goods park into a fashion led retail destination over a 10 year period.

M&S – New flagship 60,000 sq ft unit developed with the introduction of Nike achieved in their former unit.

Casual Dining – Following its relocation within the park, redevelopment of a 7,900 sq ft former Pets at Home unit into four food / café units including Costa and Subway.

Environment – A scheme of improvement has been carried out across the park upgrading frontages and reworking the car park for efficiency improvements.

Homebase – Redevelopment of the former Homebase store to create a Next flagship and modern units for River Island, New Look and JD Sports.

Other occupiers include Superdrug, Boots, Mountain Warehouse, Asda Living, Pets At Home, Halfords, Wilko, Smyths Toys, Specsavers, Card Factory, Greggs, The Works, Poundland.

Recent lettings include the first retail park unit for Boyes, Pure Gym, Tapi and CEX.

Over the period of instruction, the series of developments and reconfigurations at a cost of c. £20m, achieved a NOI increase in excess of £2m pa.
