SOVEREIGN CENTROS MAKES FOUR SENIOR HIRES

Sovereign Centros, the UK's leading shopping centre asset and development manager, has bolstered its business with four senior appointments.

Sovereign Centros asset manages over 12 million sq ft of prime shopping centre and out of town retail space. Their book of business includes two of the country’s super-regional centres, Metro Centre and Merry Hill.

Mike Egerton has joined as an Asset Manager to work across a variety of the team’s projects. Prior to Sovereign Centros, Mike worked at Hammerson Plc in the Restaurant and Leisure team advising on the company’s key assets.

Mark Stapleton joins as an Asset Manager. Mark was previously at CBRE where he was an Associate Director managing retail and mixed-use assets.

Alistair Winning and Lesya Horchin have joined from Ellandi. Alistair works as an Asset Manager for Merry Hill. With over 20 years experience, Alistair worked in the asset management team for Ellandi and prior to that six years at Intu Properties Plc.

Lesya Horchin is a Client Management Accountant with responsibility for the day-to-day accounting management.
