Cutty Sark Station Greenwich
Opened 2002 | 60,000 sq ft
Centros created this 60,000 sq ft mixed-use development above the new Docklands Light Railway station next to the Cutty Sark - one of only 12 World Heritage sites in the whole country.
The development comprised 60,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space, plus 24 private residential apartments and 230 student bedrooms sold to Hyde Housing Association for the University of Greenwich.
The retail units were let to: Ottakar's (now Waterstone's), M&S Simply Food, Superdrug, Wetherspoons and McDonalds.
The development was opened in August 2002 and has since become an integral part of the Cutty Sark's environment in Greenwich.
