Pescod Square Boston
Opened 2004 | 93,000 sq ft
Pescod Square is an extension of Boston's town centre and was developed by Centros in partnership with Boston Borough Council.
Adjacent to Marks & Spencer and Oldrids department store, the development comprises 20 shop units and 400 car parking spaces.
Retailers include Next, HMV, Wilkinsons and Waterstone's.
As part of the scheme, Centros moved Pescod Hall – a listed 15th century timber-framed building – some 20 metres, fully restored it and brought it back into commercial use.
Pescod Square won a BCSC Gold Award in 2005, and a Civic Trust Award in 2007.
