- 50 new shops featuring a strong fashion line-up that includes Zara, Next, H&M, Topshop / Topman, Oasis, Wallis, La Senza, Republic and Principles.
Business Plan & Achievements
The development created a new open shopping street that extended Maidstone’s Week Street from M&S through to a new House of Fraser department store.
Pedestrian links integrate the development with the adjacent streets and a new public open space was created opposite the town’s museum.
