SOVEREIGN CENTROS EXPANDS TEAM TO MEET BUSINESS GROWTH
Sovereign Centros has strengthened its asset and development management teams with three new appointments.
In response to its growing book of business and in particular the demand for its development capability from institutional and private equity partners Sovereign Centros has appointed:
Graeme Jones, a very experienced asset manager formerly of Lend Lease and Land Securities, as a senior asset and development manager;
Matthew Elgey as leasing and asset manager. Matt will play a key role across a wide range of the existing portfolio and joins from Intu where he has spent the last three years;
And James Simpson joins from Red Door Ventures as a key member of the development team where he will have particular responsibility for residential and mixed-use development.
Chris Geaves, chief executive commented: “I am delighted with these appointments. We’ve made some big changes to the team over the last twelve months or so and have what I believe to be the best team in the market for asset management and development projects. We have a great variety of schemes and some significant and exciting developments on site coming out of the ground such as Telford and Glasgow. We are well placed to grow our project and investor base.”
