Sovereign Centros and Europa Capital have successfully leased a 4,400 sq. foot unit in Corby Town Centre to The Entertainer, the UK toy retailer. The Entertainer signed a 10-year lease at Queens Square in the heart of Corby Town Centre. The premises are being created from an existing shell unit and will shortly be ready for tenant occupation, with opening planned for the Autumn. The letting follows the recent lease re-structuring with H&M at Willow Walk, who doubled the size of their store and TK Maxx who signed a new 15-year lease.

A planning application has been submitted by Sovereign Centros, acting as asset managers on behalf of owners Blackstone Real Estate Partners, to develop three new, reconfigured flagship retail units at the prime junction between Argyle Street and Buchanan Street and connecting to the internal mall of St. Enoch Shopping Centre in Glasgow City Centre. The units will range from 5,000 to 21,000 sq ft.

Sovereign Centros, acting as Operating Partner and Asset Manager for Blackstone Real Estate Partners, have signed VUE Cinemas to anchor their 90,000 sq ft East End leisure development at St Enoch Shopping Centre in Glasgow.
